DSI Painting was founded by Damian S. Ibach, a hands-on painting professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Damian began his career in 2001 as an apprentice, where he quickly developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship, leadership, and job-site accountability. Over the years, he advanced into management roles, overseeing large crews and complex residential and commercial projects.

After witnessing the industry shift away from quality and personal accountability, Damian made the decision to build a company rooted in integrity, consistency, and direct involvement. Today, he remains actively engaged in every project—ensuring clear communication, high standards, and results clients can rely on.

Damian takes pride in building long-term relationships and delivering work that reflects care, professionalism, and respect for every property.
